This fantastic boot consists of the studio outtakes of Oh Mercy, one of the better Dylan albums to come from the 80s. I plan on making Dylan's outtake albums a thread here; wait for the outtakes of Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid and Blonde on Blonde, which will come shortly.
